Role (from November 2019-Present): utilities and roads site engineer for Ittihad west area. Main activities:
- Supervise and manage the implementation of the wet utilities network (civil scope) for Ittihad west area which consists of Storm water line, Treated Sewage Effluent line and Potable water line.
- Supervise and manage the implementation of the dry utilities network in Ittihad west area (civil scope) which consists of MV/LV cables, Ooredoo network, QNBN network and QAF network. - Supervise the road works for Ittihad west area which consist of 2 main roads (2 lanes), one survice road and two junctions.
- Planning and Implementing the road diversions required to complete the utilities and road works.
- Planning the activities on daily and weekly basis and managing the manpower and equipments accordingly.
- Coordinate with all departments (QC, procurement, engineering, Planning, safety and logistics).
Role (from December 2018- November 2019) : Erection and precast site engineer for junction B6. Main activities:
- Monitor and supervise all VSL works (erection and precast yard activities) for the segmental bridges in junction B6 (total 5 bridges).
- Coordinate between VSL team and CCC construction team.
- Manage Subcontractor VSL and set weekly and monthly targets.
Role (from january 2018 to december 2018) : Site engineer in charge of Junction B4 bridge(cast in situ) and Duhail temporary steel bridge. Main activities:
- Plan the sequence of activities (on weekly and monthly basis) in order to achieve the target.
- Make sure all materials are ordered and delivered to site as per schedule.
- Follow up with the site team and ensure that the activities are implemented in the most efficient.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports)
