POST GRADUACTIN PROJECT
Title: Matching surface generation of flange & trim operation Die. The project are done on the flange and trim operation Die in which generating the optimum holding area is main job. In the project take all parameters which affect the final product in the operation. With the help of simulation & number of test is take out which gives the optimum amount of contact surface. The project gives the optimum surface for holding, which help in standardisation of the operation. It also reduces the time & cost of the operation without affecting the quality of final product.

EDD-Development of an evaporative cooling system An evaporative cooling system was developed for extending the shelf life of fresh vegetables.
EDD-Oxygen generation form electrolysis of water We develop a compact device for oxygen generation
BE Final Year:
Title: Analysis and Design of Hydraulic Centrifugal Force Reducer This project mainly deals with the suspension system of the heavy duty vehicles. Helper spring will be substituted by hydraulic actuators. In between the leaf spring and chassis direction control valves will be placed. One gear pump with electric motor as power drive and fluid reservoir is also used. The purpose behind this project is to balance the vehicle under road bumps and reduce the effect of centrifugal force. Due to higher loading than manufacturer’s catalogue, it creates danger while travelling on the road. By installing above system in the vehicle danger due to extra loading will reduce.
