·Analyze the Drive test Logs for Maintaining the Various KPI.

·Physical optimization in terms of antenna down tilt to minimize pilot pollution and overshooting cells.

·Analyze the reasons for- call drop, call attempt failure, handoff failure, pilot pollution, Interference and other network related issues and resolve them.

Drive for data observation and analysis and providing suggestion regarding optimization.
