I am a hardworking, hands-on qualified and experienced electrical engineer with over 30 years of practical engineering experience. I worked as a lead/senior EE, section head and consultant in oil and gas fields and gas plants, industrial and electromechanical construction projects, power generation, distribution and transmission; operation and maintenance, commissioning, start up, and support.
In oil fields and gas fields and gas plants I worked as a lead/senior electrical engineer-consultant, and senior power plant supervisor (Plants with Solar and GE gas Turbine generators). In 1992 I was appointed as an oil field electrical section head by Shell. From 2006- 20015 I worked as a lead and senior EE, consultant in oil and gas and consulting companies, including the largest gas plant in Nigeria, take part in review and verification of construction and design of the strategic, more than 400 KM, pipe line in UAE- operated by ADCO. In 2014- 2015 I worked as a senior EE in Oil and Gas construction project with AMEC-FW(with Shell), Iraq. I take key role in reviewing, revising, and approving drawings, specifications, material, FAT, QC/QA, BOQs, installations(oil and gas, industrial, strategic water pumping station-Kuwait, commercial, and residential), besides installations, commissioning, supervision, control, operation, and maintenance of MV generation plants, substations, big motors and control centers, pumps, boilers, chillers, compressors, direct current systems: rectifiers, UPS, variable speed control circuits, and HVAC. I have long experience in design, research, training, and development. I used ETAP for a few years. Also I have marine experience.
I am a Canadian citizen, hold master’s degrees, completed all PHD courses at McMaster university, Ontario, Canada. Besides, I am a PEng, member of PEO- Professional Engineering of Ontario, Canada. Also I hold Ontario construction and maintenance electrician certificate, and WHMIS. I was a member of IEEE, and other Engineering societies such as Kuwait Society of Engineering (Consultant Designation), and hold electrical engineering supervisory designation- Ministry of Energy, Kuwait.
I am enthusiastic and efficient with excellent problem-solving and decisions skills, team player, enjoy and I am skilled at managing staff, working with senior management collaboratively and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently within deadlines and financial constraints, while the highest level of engineering standards, quality, and safety are assured. I have worked professionally and studied in several countries.
I enclose a review of my professional history. I hope this provides you with a clear indication of the work ethic, sense of responsibility and commitment to excellence that I would bring to any organization and project.
I would very much appreciate an opportunity to discuss my professional history and career goals with you if we might find a mutually convenient time. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely
Antonio’s Naddour, MS-EE. PEng.
