I take directions well. I work well alone and in group settings, I am task oriented, kind, studious, friendly, and a hard worker. I have also been in 4-H for 12+ years which has taught me many skills in public speaking, animal husbandry,hard labour, community service and time management. I've been helping farmers around Fort St John for the past few years with cattle drives, auctions, vaccinations, lambing and calving season, etc. I appreciate working outside and manual labour. Rona - Yard Labourer

March 2020- Present

● Working with multiple contractors and homeowners to make sure they get the right supplies and that their trucks get loaded quickly and efficiently.

● Doing heavy labour in severe weather conditions, using proper PPE, and learning to communicate through 2way radio systems.

● Operating forklifts to load and unload trucks and trailers, move lifts, and restock inventory

● Working long hours for days on end in severe weather conditions (hail, snow, rain, mud, etc), lots of manual labour, as well as needing to be able to be efficient and aware of your surroundings to avoid injury to you and others

● Daylighting, trenching, pilot holes, steaming hoses, as well as operating some heavy machinery such as, skid steers,excavators, and dozers only when needed.

● I've gained my H2S, First Aid, WHIMIS, Ground disturbance, and a few other tickets
