Mastered over 20 various job positions at a manufacturing facility on a production line that manufactures vinyl flooring. Aforementioned jobs include: machine operator, purchaser, quality control, data entry using SAP & AS400, heavy equipment operation, displays & samples, welrod shipments and product transportation. Responsible for performing the duties of acting foreman when required. I have experience working in multiple departments to include, Prints, Samples & Shipping departments. Responsibilities during my tenure at Mannington include: color control for various products; organizing floor samples for distributers, purchasing equipment and supplies for entire operation, and a licensed forklift operator. Extensive LTL experience, coordinated international and domestic shipments, and provide customer service on a daily basis. Coordinate complex loads for shipping; Ensure customer to satisfaction. Extensive experience with loading product on various types of trucks with utmost efficiency. Authorize returns from customers; examine product for defects or quality issues to avoid problems and provide solutions and/or service to customers.
