TITLE: MANUFACTURE OF BIOETHANOL

The unripe bananas are blended and prepared as a slurry by pulverization. This is then heated to130-150 C, to release the starch granules. This process gelatinizes the starch which is then cooled and broken down to sugar. Then the fermentation process takes place further and then followed by the distillation for the separation of the fuel and residue. COMMUNITY SERVICES
