Highlights of Pipeline experience and safety:
-Complete daily log books, field level hazard assessments, equipment and rigging inspections
-Spot for equipment safely (monitoring ground conditions and work area as they change)
-Operating on r.o.w (use spotters, be aware of people on ground and other equipment, caution around open excavations)
-Hoisting and hauling pipe (proper hauling and safe load/unload procedures)

Responsibilities as a Crane Operator and Heavy Equipment Operator:
-Inspect equipment for any damage or vandalism prior to use, as well as certifications
-Fill out log books, vehicle inspection and hazard assessments daily or as required
-Inspect work area prior to moving crane or equipment to make sure there are no hidden buried structure or any over head obstruction as well as ground softness
-Determine crane location and set up equipment working as a team as well as flagging off the work area
-Inspect rigging equipment and direct swampers or riggers
-Hoist materials safely and checking load weights.
-Change parts of line and blocks as needed as well as assembly/disassembly of counterweights and spotting trailers in.
