Identified issues with differential pair routing flow that was hurting project schedule. Defined new requirements and worked with customer management, flow users, R&D and testing groups in order to lead project that automated the manual flow. This resulted in a reduction customer differential pair turn-around time by 75% with increase in quality of results.

Identified issues with customers bus routing flow which introduced large schedule hits to customers project due to long turnaround time and data inaccuracies. Defined features and capabilities necessary in order to improve the flow. Worked with flow users, R&D and management in order to complete project which automated the bus routing flow. The redefined flow resulted in a 90% decrease in turnaround time over the original method, with a dramatic increase in accuracy.

Project completion was in jeopardy as insurmountable technical issues blocked completion of work. Brought a team of specialists and R&D members together in order to look at portion of flow that contained issues.
