Identified issues with customers bus routing flow which introduced large schedule hits to customers project due to long turnaround time and data inaccuracies. The redefined flow resulted in a 90% decrease in turnaround time over the original method, with a dramatic increase in accuracy.

Project completion was in jeopardy as insurmountable technical issues blocked completion of work. Brought a team of specialists and R&D members together in order to look at portion of flow that contained issues.
