Mr. Jose Henriques Is a Civil & Environmental Engineer (M.Sc) manager, with more than 33 years of professional experience dealing with Water, Irrigation, Reservoirs, Civil, Structural, Road, Industrial & Environmental Engineering design, management & inspection works, that successfully implemented under ISO 9000 standards environment with Management training at MOZAL.

On Water sector he contributed on Sabie Incomati Agro industrial water irrigation Project on design of about 50.000Has, Contributed thought Helvetas on the elaboration of program plan and monitoring it s implementation of Cabo Delgado Province rural and peri urban water supply for new, upgrading and maintenance of existent systems.

At MOZAL Smelter Project he contributed on elaboration of Infrastructure social development program and its implementation to uplift the leaving condition of surrounding community of Smelter (Water supply, irrigation, Sanitation, Schools, Business Centers & markets, Roads, Health Clinics, Police stations, etc).

On 2000 floods we contributed on the elaboration of recovery design plans to reinstall the water supply and sanitation system of affected cities & villages to prevent public Health degradation in those areas.

As a Civil, Structural & Environmental consultant (CONSULMAR), he contributed on the design of various Civil, Road, water supply, sanitation, drainage and urban territorial area planning to uplift the leaving of benefited communities including the Environmental Assessment report of those projects. With CARE International we gave a contribution on design approval and implementation of water retention dams in Nampula Province under MOZAL Trust Funding.

As an Environmental Engineer we did and lead a number of Environmental Impact study and elaboration of its Environmental Management Plan of Water & Sanitation, Industrial, Touristic and other projects. He issued EIA study and comment on varios Multi Projects trought MISAU/DIAmbiental.

On Road sector he participated on survey of its status & design of 1000km asphalt N1 road on Nampula & Cabo Dekgado Province funded by WBank.

A number of Civil, Structure, Road, Industrial Inspection activity took place during all those years under ISO 9000 environment.

Very proactive and like to make a difference, like to be useful to a Company. is a problem solver. Good planner and organizer. He is able to perform various activities at same time.

Is an hard worker (~12 Hours/Day), resistant to stress, takes decision after evaluating the pros and against risk, resources, etc.

Good skills in English and Portuguese languages.

Proficient on Computer usage like Windows XP. Autocad 2015, PM+, FOXPRO, etc.

Drivers license since 1988 without any accident record.
