To whom it may concern,

I know you are seeking a qualified employee as Multifamily Project Manager. I have experience in federal work and would like to offer my credentials in this resume and cover letter.

My resume will show I was a Federal Government employee for over 11 years. I have a BA degree in Technical Management and a Community College of the Air Force degree in Construction Technology. I am currently a contractor for Air Force Security Forces Center at Joint Base San Antonio Lackland AFB as a civilian. I was assigned to 502nd Civil Engineer Squadron as a civil service employee where my duty and responsibility is to manage the Refrigerant Management Program for all Joint Base San Antonio. This area includes Lackland, Fort Sam Houston, Camp Bullis, and Randolph AFB. I understand the level of commitment and dedication that is required of someone to work for the federal government and I have carried this through in my civilian and reserve careers. I was assigned as Quality Control Inspector at Fort Sam Houston 2008 to 2010. I have familiar with working with contractors and completing weekly inspections as well as modifying any current contract to accomplish and complete the construction. I am current have a secrete clearance and have access to a government computer account. I retired from US Air Force Reserves on 1 Aug 2019 after 27 years of service and was assigned to 433d Alamo Wing in the 433d Civil Engineer Squadron. My rank when I retired was Chief Master Sergeant (E9). My position was Operations and Maintenance Supervisor with a background in Structures and Heavy Equipment. I served as the Heavy Repair Superintendent prior to becoming the Chief Enlisted Manager (CEM). I mentor and supervise over 145 airmen as well as advice officers.

I am currently employed as a government contractor with Alaka’ina Foundation, Air Force Mission Assurance Assessment Team (AFMAAT) at JBSA Lackland AFB, TX. My position is General Engineer Structural Assessor and Focused Vulnerability Assessment Team member. My contract is due to expire 17 Aug 2020.

I believe my education as well as my experience Chief Enlisted Manager, Quality Assurance Inspector, constructions planner with 502 CES, and structural engineer at AFSF Center makes me a valuable candidate as your Multifamily Project Manager position.
