The main responsibilities I had was to develop job description for each employee/position within the workplace, with the assistance of the Human Resources Manager.
I had to keep the sick leave up to date which gave me a broader knowledge on how to make use of MS excel.
Most part consist of the admin part of the job, like keeping record of each employee that received a disciplinary warning against them, hearings that took place, the dates, outcomes, chairperson.
I also took part in the planning of Induction, arranging the venue’s the equipment that needs to be available for use of facilitators etc. and many more
During this process I also worked through CV’s and did shortlisting
