My current position is a part-time management position in which I have provide a pleasant environment in the store as well as pierce ears, preform a portion of administrative work and co ISP manager. My duties include depositing money and closing the store and filling out the proper paper work at the end of the night. Occasional opening shifts include counting the money to make sure it was done correctly the night before.

While attending Antelope Valley College, I kept my grade point average at 3.2. I have approximately 4 years’ experience in customer service. While working in retail I gained experience working with all kinds of patrons. I am bilingual, and I enjoy working in-group environments as well as getting to know the people I work with on a daily basis. I rapidly adapt to my surroundings and I am dedicated to the task I am presented with no matter how time consuming it is. I believe in always putting my best foot forward and to dedicate as much as possible to demonstrate an in-depth understanding in what I am tasked with. I also have experience working under pressure in a high-volume store, it has taught me to work as efficiently and accurately as possible while at the same time maintaining a professional approach. In my current position I have been exposed to administrative tasks on a daily basis.

Being a student has taught me how to manage my time effectively by always meeting deadline for assignment. Other qualifications that I have gathered as an undergrad has been on how to critically think. I also gained knowledge in computer systems such as Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. While attending college, I was exposed to a plethora of courses based on criminality and behavioral science. My course load included psychology, sociology, and classes based on psychological criminality. Aside from my scholarly merits I have been successful in the positions I have held at the jobs listed above. I always apply the same work ethic amongst both. No matter the obstacles I have dealt with I always dedicate myself to my work. My capability of learning is based on the strong work ethic and determination to succeed.
