Prepared, supervised and evaluated multiple tenders for drilling services including OCTG, WL, Cementing, Mud, Frac, Coil, DD, ALS, Mud Logging, Casing Accessories, Bits, Liner Hangers, Packers and Downhole Tools

Prepared, endorsed, and approved well programs, basis of design and various operational procedures in coordination with the operations teams and the campaign budgets

Mentored and Coached a team of Junior Drilling Engineers and Well Site Engineers for development into standalone engineers and supervisors
