Site visit along with design team to understand about the site and take inputs for efficient design

Followup drawing submission, technical data sheet submission to consultant as well as to client

Conduct technical rivew meeting with design department and material supplier which helps supplier in material customisation

Follow-up Consultant approval for GFC (Good For Construction) and technical data sheet approval for issuing PO to suppliers

Prepare Schedule for material delivery as well as installation, Commissioning & Handing over of project

Prepare monthly cash flow projection for the project

Ensure proper implimentation of design at site.

Procurement & Quality

Getting Technical data sheet approval from client/ consultant for raising PO

Share client requirement to supplier for best materiall delivery

Followup with supplier for material delivery

Qality check for the delivered material

Maintain documments such as Tender document,Technical data sheet, Delivery challan,Test certificate & Material inspection report

Plan loading, unloading and storage in such a way where material damage can be avoided

Ensure all activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan

Installation,Commissioning & Handing over

Managing site team and guiding them to follow basic installation guide lines for quality work and equipments high efficiency level

Quaity check for the installation work on daily basis.

Check the material used with technical data sheet.

Send welded joints for NDT test and get certification for quality.

Training for installation team for better quality work.

Materail inspection at factory level for better quality.

Ensure Pre commissioing activities.

Coordinate with Commissioning team for commisioning and handing over.

Billing & Collection

Preapare Final BOQ for quantity variation.

Prepare bill for Non Tendered items.

Prepare cost analysis for NT items

Certification from QS/CLIENT for supply & Installation bill

Coordinate with commercial team to get bill within 30 days from bill date

Technical Knowledge

Installation for VRF units.
