Vodafone is the second largest telecom provider in Italy. 190WEB application provides online self-care assistance to Vodafone Italy customers. System provides the functionality to the users related to their SIM and landline like paying bills, activating promotions etc. Manages customer’s authentication, web interface personalization, portal management and content management. Responsible for purchase of Mobiles, SIM cards and the tariff plans for corporate and individual customers.
