Site Security Contact – Category 1 Sites May 2016 – present Reported to ExxonMobil Global Security Team and the Contract Security Manager for smaller local projects; managed QA/QC, ensuring security baseline countermeasures were implemented and high standards of service delivered by third party providers, in compliance with contractual expectations.

• First point of contact for security issues and threat escalation; led Emergency Preparedness & Response (EP&R), and maintained the security of 240 ExxonMobil employees living and working within two Category 1 sites in Basra

• Conducted Security Program Reviews and site surveys, including Penetration Testing, MPI Tests and Planned Security Checks across the portfolio to assess government/contract compliance and address non-conformance

• Developed SOPs and Emergency Response Plans; coordinated incident reporting and sharing of ‘lessons learned’

• Supported Project Security Managers in the management of a 400-strong guard force, ensuring KPIs achieved
