Provided comprehensive leadership to a diverse portfolio of clients in need of solution and integration architecture project management services. Interfaced with project stakeholders to gather requirements and develop delivery roadmap. Established and maintained open lines of communication with clients, developers, and leadership teams to facilitate smooth and timely delivery of requirements in accordance with project budget and service level agreements. Contributed to project Scrum activities in coordination with project scrum masters.

Mentoring: Established the basis for the company’s data integration practice, mentoring junior and senior developers on best development practices using Snaplogic, as well as the creation of patterns to simplify and strengthen the development process.

Software engineering: Exercised my previous work with Java (see past experience) to write high performance, multi-threaded connectors for several integration tools (Snaplogic, Dell Boomi, Zapier), so those tools could connect with Reltio MDM natively.

Solution and integration architecture: Lead implementation of integration modules on multiple projects including products like Reltio, Workday, Oracle Cloud and Salesforce, providing subject matter expertise and direction to the development team, and well as close interaction with functional teams and business users.

Project Management: Worked very closely with a health industry data provider team, helping them define the solution they needed to incorporate Reltio into their offering, allowing them to understand and predict how their customers used the product on their land

Data architecture: Designed, for a logistics company, an integration process that reduced the time to synchronized data between two data centers from several days to just a few hours, allowing business users to have fresh data daily instead of weekly

Cross-functional leadership: In a major retailer, helped bridge the concerns of multiple stakeholders (project managers, corporate leadership, business unit leads, operation heads) by assuaging technical concerns and solving scheduling conflicts in a major Oracle upgrade project. Helped advance project execution by 6 months, allowing the company to see the upgrade in operation during the holiday season, giving them confidence on moving forward with the project.

Software engineering: Using a combination of Java and Unix scripting, implemented a tool to generate Informatica Power Center code. The tool received as parameter a table name and it generated a mapping to synchronize incrementally that table between data centers, by checking the table DDL in the source database
