OBJECTIVE

Currently looking for a new company to give my best. I have a 12 years of machining experience with 10 of those being in CNC and I have installed setup and programmed many different fanuc controlled lathes mills and grinders. I have been working with mainly fanuc I series controllers with some swiss experience. Also per I have exceptional computer, mechanical, mathematics, and measurement skills. I also have a wide array of cad and cam programming with G and M coding format. Im also familiar with manually writing G/M programs on a wide array of machines and controllers. I graduated in May 2014 with my Machine Tool Technology Degree - Advanced CNC training. I am returning to school to further my education with a BA in engineering.

I am responsible for installation, maintenance, setting up, writing programs, making program edits and reworking parts so that all parts are ran to specifications with extremely tight tolerances(.0005") I am also responsible for supervising over at least 8 other operators as well as their machines while my parts are being ran through their final operations. We have over 20 machines including 8 Doosan lathes 3 Milltronics mills, 2 waterjet machines 2 Edm machines and 6 Supertec high precision grinders. I have installed over half as when I started we only had 3 lathes and 2 mills and 1 grinder we have expanded to triple tthe size and 4 times the amount of production under my lead in only 3 uears.
