● Assess the tender drawings and specifications prepared by the Architect and ensure they fulfill the owner’s brief.

● Review and assess the master CPM schedule submitted by the general contractor.

● Establish appropriate channels of communication between the various entities.

● Monitor activities of all parties involved in the project to ensure Quality assurance and Quality control procedures are in place and being followed.

● Monitor progress on site against the construction schedule; identify and assist in resolving problems. Obtain recovery proposals from the contractor where necessary and monitor implementation.

2009 – 2017: MENA Capital, Beirut, Lebanon

Senior Project Manager responsible for the development of multi-million dollar, iconic, real estate projects within the capital of Lebanon from the ground up.

● Oversaw financial appraisals for all projects for balance between financial returns and risk management.

● Ensured suitable time, cost, and quality monitoring systems are in place throughout the development and construction phases.

● Coordinated with corporate procurement and other supporting teams to procure designers, consultants and contractors to design High End, luxury residential towers in prime locations of Beirut.:

● SKY GATE (high rise tower):

Coordinated between Architect, Engineers and Contractor. In addition to overseeing the execution of the upgraded residences by coordinating (the design, budget, schedule and construction) between each interior Architect, and Contractor. The budget relevant to each of the 120 upgraded apartments ranged between $1M and

$2.5M, the apartments square footage ranged from 3,300 sq ft to 16,150 sq ft.

● Qoreitem Gardens (high rise tower):

In-the-field/on-site monitor activities of all parties involved in the project to ensure Quality Control and Quality assurance

Made recommendations to top management with respect to the adequacy for the overall construction of each phase of the project resulting and issuing Field Inspection Requests.
