Title Product maximization and design of Sulphur-resid upgradation Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited
Description In this project we intend to maximize the Sulphur recovery from 100% to 115% in order to reduce the environmental pollution.
The SRU is designed to process acid gas feeds from the Amine Regeneration Unit (ARU) and the Sour Water Strippers unit (SWS HP Stage Acid Gas and SWS LP Stage Acid Gas).
We have redesigned the Reboiler to recover heat, Stripper to absorb H2S and Amine Regenerator to exchange amine by increasing the feed composition without any changes in parameters thereby reducing the environmental pollution and maximizing the recovery of Sulphur.
