A Gas utility company specialist in Natural Gas & SNG Transmission and distribution.

Provide effective assistance in emergency response including containment, repair, and cleanup as well as emergency preventative actions relating to abnormal right-of-way conditions to avert any possible incident.
Perform all types of applicable pipeline repair using appropriate Company procedures including but not limited to tasks listed in Company manuals.
Perform tasks to maintain pipeline integrity
Conduct line crossings, including receiving one call, reading maps, locating, contacting utilities, and landowners, as well as probing and staking the line.
Understand and comply with all safety requirements relative to the performance of pipeline maintenance duties.
Complete required Performance Based Training forms documenting the process of learning and the ability to independently perform pipeliner tasks prior to achieving the status of Senior Pipeliner including heavy equipment operation
Become Operator Qualified on all required covered tasks prior to performing work independently and oversee those not qualified when required.
Act as a Company inspector of contract work as required.
Provide coverage as Pipeline Supervisor when required.

160,000 metric tons of PP resin annually.

Carries out routine maintenance and testing activities
Completes fault-finding and repair of mechanical systems and equipment
Modifies repairs or replaces systems and equipment Installs new systems and equipment as required.
Participates in Risk Assessments as part of Integrated Safe System Of Work (ISSOW) / Permit to Work preparation
Interprets technical drawings and updates with any changes following the installation of new systems and equipment
Orders spares and consumables as required on an ongoing basis
Prepares reports on work activities
Reports any breaches of safety procedures to supervision / management
