EXPERIENCE

Blue Shield of CA, Oakland, CA - Project Manager Associate – Events MAY 2019 - MAR 2020

● Support the Internal Communications team with planning, scheduling, cancellation, inquiries, resourcing, and many other online and in-person logistics for various company-wide executive events around our 18 sites supporting senior leadership and C-level executives. Some of these events included: quarterly all managers meetings, semi-annual senior staff meetings, conferences, headquarter celebrations, and CEO roadshow meetings.

● Full project management of distribution for branded gift items for all 7,000 employees through outreach and communications, vendor coordination, distribution logistics, meticulous spreadsheet tracking, and general support for all branded giveaway inquiries.

● Managed the HR/IC events Yammer account with special recognition for a three-month campaign contest to increase great place to work initiatives and employee inclusion during our headquarter transition and prior to the GPTW yearly survey. The campaign produced 600+ group members with over 400+ post submissions for all the site groups.

● Created spreadsheets and process documentation for multiple facets of the Internal Communications team focusing on events processes and planning, company-wide facility logistics, and director and above tracking.

VMware, Palo Alto, CA - Project Manager Associate - Business Development NOV 2017 - APR 2019

● Managed and improved operations of Americas Partner Organization Virtual Funded Professionals Development Fund programs and all Route-to-Market Partners: U.S. and Canada Corporate Resellers and Distributors that include SLED.

● Responsible for the annual DF budget of approximately $10M representing 15 partners and about 80 vFPs. Over 96% utilization QoQ since taking over the fund.

● Maintained accurate bookkeeping for vFP program, including identifying each vFP’s associated cost per quarter, tenure in that position, and tracking metrics of performance for all vFPs.

● Worked in conjunction with multiple account managers across 11 of VMware’s biggest partners to expedite approvals/claims process through our Partner Rewards Management program (CCI) for our vFPs.

Administrative Assistant for RTM Leadership Team (Secondary Role)

● Performed administrative tasks for the RTM Leadership team. Tasks included: calendar/meeting organization, structuring and managing weekly RTM team calls of 65+ people, PowerPoint deck building, creating/updating an extensive partner executive contact list, etc.

● Compiled and distributed a weekly partner update newsletter and a quarterly diversity and inclusion newsletter.

● Distributed weekly assessment reports to each individual partner to help maintain clear communications of expected quarterly attainment.
