●I recently worked as a Family Practice/Urgent Care provider in a fast-paced clinic providing comprehensive and urgent care to mutigenerational patients. I managed a spectrum of chronic diseases from diabetes, CHF, CAD, obesity, depression, anxiety and ADHD to infinite urgent care concerns including lacerations, fractures/sprains, chest pain/SOB, URI, UTI etc. I was involved in all aspects of patient care which included providing a detailed history and physical examination, ordering and interpreting laboratory tests/ diagnostic studies with the help of our on-site Xray, Ultrasound, Neurocognitive and Heartwise testing, developing and implementing treatment plans, prescribing medications, coordinating care with specialists, as well as conducting outpatient surgical procedures.

●Doctors Center’s on-site Medispa allowed us to cater to our patient’s anesthetic needs by providing botox, fillers, microdermabrasion, and body contouring applications with Venus Freeze and CoolScuplting. Though our esthetician performed the bulk of these procedures, I gained knowledge and familiarity of these anesthetic treatments through observation and training I received from the Saratoga Institute Aesthetic Medicine CME Conference in October 2018. Over the years, I assisted Dr. Capobianco with botox/filler applications and had independently performed a few applications on employees in between our regularly scheduled patients.

●I have extensive practice in hormone replacement therapy, obesity management, conducting annual well visits for all ages/sexes including sports physicals, Dept. of Labor exams, Papanikolaou/breast exams, and DRE/prostate exams

●Proficient in the following procedures: EKG/X-ray interpretation, CPR, joint/trigger point injections, KOH/wet mount cytology prep and microscopic viewing, eye examination w/ fluorescein, incision & drainage, punch/shave biopsy, toenail removal, wound closure via suturing, staples and Dermabond, wound debridement, casting & splinting, catheter placement and collection of specimens.

Lifebac, Alcohol Dependency Treatment Program, Las Vegas, NV February 2020-March 2020

●While working full-time at Doctor’s Center, I also worked part-time for Lifebac, a telemedicine alcohol dependency program, by interviewing patients via our online portal to determine patient eligibility to use Baclofen to safely and effectively wean patients of their alcohol use with the goal of longterm sobriety in mind. I managed patient progress, while prescribing and titrating Baclofen to avoid side effects. I evaluated patient’s symptoms to determine whether symptoms were secondary to Baclofen use or withdrawal symptoms.

●Procare Medical is a Family Practice and Urgent Care office where I was able to expeditiously practice similar proficiencies that I practiced at Doctors Center, as stated above, as well as conducting DOT physicals.
