RUS Industrial - Construction Manager-Superintendent Oct 2018 – March 2020
New Renovations to office to include Demo and remodel front lobby and added new state-of-the-art conference room
Flint Hills Refinery: Performed all layout and installed new vaporizer/condenser foundations, along with pier supports and pipe rack supports, managing a large workforce, keeping in mind safety first then production, adding additional pipe and foundation supports throughout the facility, part of a 1.2-million-dollar project.
ExxonMobil-Baytown Texas: Renovation of BTEC-Firehouse, managing large workforce along with subcontractors. Scope of work consisted of framing, metal stud and structural walls, along with Z-panel siding on the outside perimeter and installed new concrete front with new accessible sidewalks.
ExxonMobil-Baytown Texas: BTEC Z building addition, 1200 sq. ft. warehouse facility consisting of concrete foundation installation, structural steel frame erection and installation of standing seam room and R-panel siding. Managed subcontractors throughout the duration of the project.
LCY Elastomer Refinery/Plant wide shut down (two-month project), installing new foundations for new blower units for Exhaust Blowers, along with new pipe support foundations.
Supervised a large group of construction personnel that included many civil crafts such as carpenters, pipefitters, welders, refractory, insulators, and scaffold builders.

New Albany Convention Center (2.7 Million Dollar Project): coordinated with all contractors and vendors to ensure specific scopes of work and delivery of materials were completed on-time, as well as maintained. Ensured scope of project was done in a timely manner with safety being the number one priority
