Project Consultant (July 2017- June 2020).

Responsible for project development of project from concept to completion. Utilized estimating tools to obtain the most competitive price on the market. Worked with light gauge and structural steel. Ensured client's request to right size scope of work. Communicated with client on project status and managed applicable upgrades and modifications. Typical clients would be: Ameresco, Noresco, Baker Electric, Shorebreak Energy, Etc.

Construction Design and Cost Analyst - Baja Construction - (July 2015- July 2017) Reviewed project work with clients, vendors, and inside teams. Analyzed blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimate. Finalized project estimate for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors.
