Professional Experience

Safety Training Supervisor Noble Drilling, Guyana Division 10/2018 to 05/2020

Managed an Exxon Mobil Safety Program called "Safe Choice" which also consisted of classroom training, coaching every 30 days and daily refresher training. As per Exxon Mobil the training was mandatory for all personnel on board which ranged anywhere from 175 to 210 team members. Also worked closely with the Exxon Mobil Safety Supervisor in promoting and enhancing safety onboard the rig and assisted the captain of the vessel as needed.
