Manage engineering projects across the U.S. related to safety improvements, production equipment optimization, and new equipment installations.
● Managed site engineers (4) in the construction, implementation and commissioning of Peoria AZ plant’s additional fractional distillation columns ($1.7M budget). Columns brought online Q4 2018, increasing production capacity by 300%.
● Created new and evaluated existing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for plant operations. Utilizing Lean methodologies, I was able to streamline product flow, reduce time between processes, allowing our team to exceed daily production goals.
● Developed maintenance and troubleshooting programs for refrigerant processing equipment, resulting in an estimated 40% reduction in processing down-time and a commensurate increase in through-put. Processing Plant Manager (Apr 2013 – Apr 2017)
