Printing the medical document / Appeal and dispatching it through paper. Review the “Provider Claims” that have not been paid by the Insurance companies. Follow up with the Insurance companies to understand the status of the claims. Ensuring necessary correction happens to the claims, based on information received from. Co-ordinate Insurance Company to provide EOB through Fax or E-mail, in case claim has already paid by Insurance Company to avoid duplicate payment. In case of any issue regarding Claims, keep our Supervisor Informed to avoid escalations. Ensure target achieved in specified deadline & also meet expectations regarding call quality.

Maintaining/Building good relationship with Insurance companies to get the work done in stipulated time & smooth flow of work.
