BI-DRUM AFBC Boiler (1 X 30 TPH, 490 5 C.). Makers: Cethar Vessels pvt. Ltd, Utilizes coal.
1 X 4 MW TG Set, Makers: HTC.
JOB PROFILE:
Working in shifts and looks after operations of Boiler 1 X 30 TPH.
Operate Boiler through DCS & field.
Involved in shutdown work.
Safe & efficient running of the plant handling the Desk Operations of Boiler.
Monitor power plant parameters and take corrective action as and when required.
Field operation, trial run up and changeover of equipment.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Operation & Maintenance of Boiler.
Cold, & hot start-up of boiler.
Handling emergency.
Ensuring 24X7 steam supplies to Distillation, Fermentation, Liquefaction and Dryer section without any abnormality like pressure and temperature fluctuations
