Scheduling Preventive Maintenance activities of all critical equipment’s, HVAC Units and Plumbing Pipelines and firefighting system.
Assigning the tasks to Millwrights, Technicians and supervise them to ensure their completion in timely and effective manner
Purchasing the Mechanical Parts of the critical equipment’s and controlling the cost of maintenance.
Dealing with 3rd party inspector to carry out the inspection of all lifting machines and building utility lines
Scheduling work orders generated by the system and implementing them.
