●PROJECT DESCRIPTION - As the traditional manufacturing methods for pharmaceuticals utilizing standard batch process are currently being challenged globally by more innovative and enabling concepts involving continuous flow processing. Worked on API synthesis, by doing comparative study in batch process and flow process, flow process turned out boon by bringing time down from hours to minutes scale and increased yield.

●PROJECT DESCRIPTION - Exposed to challenges with the flow risks such as solid depositions to avoid the reduction of the well stream flow, or in worst case complete clogging of the flow lines leading to cease production flow assurance is necessary. Learnt about wax followed by its mitigation methods, Cold finger apparatus, performed experimental calculations for wax deposition amount and pressure drop using Fluid mechanics knowledge.
