telephone queries, personal visits, faxes and letters. Understanding the root cause of major customer
complaints and taking suitable actions to rectify them, wherever possible.
On introduction of a new product, anticipating the possible queries of customers relating to the particular product and making the required
details available to all concerned staff at regular intervals. Managed a team of over 100 people which include 6
managers for day-to-day operations relating to customer queries.
