Techno commercial negotiations - Commercial Supplier Selection for Services Procurement and achieved consolidated saving of 275,000 USD.

Worked cohesively with Global suppliers and forwarding agents for procurement of RF Tools amounting to 750,000 USD and achieved saving of 150,000 USD.

Product Concept Sourcing Engineering – IT HW, Global Procurement

Achieved ~10% annual cost reduction at product level, driving PAN India saving’s program for 3rd party IT HW/SW resale for Operations Support Solutions BU. Drove cost savings management program through product cost modelling in alignment to Supplier Technology Roadmaps, Design to Cost and Cost Productivity Chang.

Purchase to Pay (shared services) - responsible for the end to end supplier payment process approx. $678 m payments on 35k annual invoices, includes Opex, Capex, Logistics, Marketing, Production, Enterprises. Handling 3.0 Lakhs warehouse space PAN India level and 10, 00,000 USD worth CHA activities per year. 30 new vendor’s qualification done during the eight months to cater exigency project requirements.
