Job Role & Responsibilities :

● Computer Aided Manufacturing, programming machine codes for CNC Machines.

● Detailed knowledge of Tools and their design, application and parameters.

● Optimization of the efficient Production process to attain Quality and reduce Production Cost.

● Scheduling and Process flow in Manufacturing to balance Product delivery through ERP.

● Identify and Eliminate, Non Value Added activities along with manpower Assessment and Planning.

● Analyzing data through the DNC Server of machines for operational sequencing and executing accordingly.

● Tools and Machines Procurement audits and statistical reporting considering Quality, Cost and Requirements.

● Able to Design and understand precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models.

● Ensuring the products meet the Standards and Feasibility of In-house Production.

● Workflow Routing through ORACLE for Production as per sequence following Lean manufacturing and torch-bearing other techniques like TPM, 5S, Kaizen, Gemba and Jidoka to be a routine practice.

● Expertise in all Microsoft Office tools.

Significant Highlights :

● Product and Drawing study before releasing for production to avoid delays in a process flow.

● Time study and process developments using the TPM tool to reduce production time, improvements in quality and consideration of cost optimization.

● Assigning Machines as per sequential order, a Lean Manufacturing Techniques with estimated timing while Drawing Study for ERP Routing in ORACLE.

● CAM Programming for all the CNC machines which allotted while Routing for production.

● Gathering and Maintain data through the DNC Server of machines for operational sequencing and buildout Overall Equipment Efficiency report.

● Conducting various Tool trials and updating for Inventory control and production enhancement. Professional Accomplishment

● Generating Rate Of Performance (ROP) report of various machines for productivity improvements and extracting the reasons for low performance through 6W2H under TPM solving the issue permanently through WHY-WHY analysis and improved ROP to 90%.

● Standardized Tools using KAIZEN, Lean Manufacturing methodology and also by consigning for resharpening of unused or defective tools to reusable tools.

● Developed a new Route in Coupling Division according to materials and size and split by three cells as per the shop layout according to available fixtures to reduce losses from 16LOSSES.

● Developed Visual Basic Macros in Excel for Auto generation of Machine Codes (CNC Programming) without using CAM Software.

● Introduced a new concept for Boring operation through Helical Interpolation using High Feed Mill Cutters avoiding number of rough boring operations, reduces machining cost, tools, inventory and time.
