●Reviewed designs and modifications with plants and customers (Design Reviews, Design for Manufacturing, and Design for Assembly). Worked over 5 Program’s Design Lifecycle.

●Reached innovation-driven closure system architectural targets for appearance, function, quality, cost, and weight. Received appreciation certificate for GM Truck program in 2016.

●Problem Solving: Achieved reduction in the Outer Belt seal scrap rate from 27% to 4% at the supplier plant in Brazil. An estimated annual savings of $310,500 by improving their pre-heating process and developing a new test method for production control plan.

●Innovative and Cost Saving: Designed and developed a notch which helped Hood Front Seal to follow the Hood curvature to eliminate the molded details on each side resulting in an estimated savings of $0.5/mold totaling annual savings to about $330,000.

●Detail Oriented and Passion: Developed hand-crafted parts of Weather-strip seals for demo to showcase and review with the customer engineering team. achieved and approximate savings of $112000.

●Innovative and Responsive: Designed and developed an alternate profile design for a secondary seal which had saved 23 hours of operators' time per day at the GM assembly line in Brazil

●Collaborative and Communication skills: Worked with Cross Functional teams at GM NA, GM Korea, GM Mexico, GM Brazil and PATAC (GM China).
