Major Projects

-IoT Smart Plug

An IoT smart plugs are internet controlled power outlets, with a sensor that transmits data from one place to another over the Internet. Smart plug can replace a standard wall outlet, or sit in place between the wall outlet and the connected device. Wi-Fi connectivity allow remote access from the bedroom to across the world via a smartphone.

-Leukemia Detection using Digital image Processing. Medical imaging has become one of the most important visualization and interpretation methods in biology and medicine over the past decade. Automatic image processing system is urgently needed and can overcome related constraints in visual inspection.The system developed is based on microscopic images to recognize types of leukemia using Digital Image processing Detection is based on Image Segmentation where a threshold value is set up. The tool used for coding here is Matlab.

-Designing of ESC for BLDC.

An ESC or an Electronic Speed Controller controls the brushless motor movement or speed by activating the appropriate MOSFETs to create the rotating magnetic field so that the motor rotates. The higher the frequency or the quicker the ESC goes through the 6 intervals.Tools used for designing and simulation are proteus,Mplab,MikroC etc

-NFC LOCKS.

Near field communication system is an emerging technology in field of communication. My project was to develop an access control system using this. Trf 7970-A was used as the transponder along with micro controller for building this project. We can lock our homes and vehicles using mobile phones/ watches etc. if a NFC tag is attached to it. This is a high security access control system which is easy to use.

-Yawning detection for vehicles.

Detection of fatigue involves the observation of eye movements, blink patterns and mouth opening for yawning. The analysis of face images is a popular research area with applications such as face recognition, and human identification security systems. This is done as mini project for completing Post graduation using Matlab. Image detection and segmentation is used here.
