Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all Electrical related works at site.
Estimate prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, required for all Electrical related works prior to execution.
Co-ordination & Supervising the specialist in installation, testing
& commissioning of Primary(33/11 KV) & RMU Substation.
Coordination with Consultant, Main contractor, Sub-contractor, Manufacturer and suppliers.
Assisted Planning department with developing detailed Construction Program for all Electrical installation activities.
Project updates to the QS Team for monthly billing.
Store visit for arrival of new materials against the Approved Material Submittal and thereby receiving and raising Material Inspection with Quality team to the Consultant.
Operations and maintenance of all types of 400kV/ 220kV
/132kV/ 66kV/ 33kV switch-gear and associated equipment as 400kV Senior Authorized Engineer from Director of Electricity Network Affairs of KAHRAMAA.
Responsible for timely completion of annual work programs to ensure proper maintenance of overhead lines and equipment.
Carries out and ensures compliance of all activities within the Maintenance Section are in line with Kahramaa health and safety regulations.
Provide mock ups for consultant approval for further work completion, including testing & commissioning.
Supervised Installation of MV & LV/ control Cables & Switchgears including termination.
Coordinate with Clients, Engineers, Subcontractors and Planners to generate updated results and oversee the performance and progress of all activities on site (day to day Inspection).
Coordinate & execute all Electrical Activities for the project including design of power distributions plans for site & Lighting diagrams.
Planning and ensuring installation as per approved drawings and material submittal.
Prepare and Maintain site records, including timesheets, site reports and material delivery notes.
Ensure all documentations are compliant to project specification and requirements.
Installation of Power Systems (RMU, Transformer, UPS, MDB, SMDBs, Generator, Cables, Cable Trays, Lighting System, Socket, Earthing & Lightning System).
Arrange for Site Inspections and Conduct along with the Consultant for Approval.
Collaborate with project manager and resolved all queries for construction progress and ensured compliance to all safety procedures at site.
Mobilization & Management of all site based equipment & activity.
Making Shop drawings & As Built Drawings with support from Draft Team.
