Ensure that the quality of all Mechanical works carried out at the project site as per the client requirements and in compliance with project quality plan (PQP) & inspection Test Plan (ITP).

Conducting internal Quality Audit (IQA) as per the company policy and quality system procedure (QSP).

Schedule and conduct the inspection and test in coordination with the discipline engineer as per ITP.

Continuous review of all Logs, covering inspection Request, Material inspection Request (MIR), Method of Statement (MS) submittals and monitoring their status.

Review of method statements and other project specific documentation, in consultation with the Project Manager/Team.

Prepare and issue a feedback report to the Project QA/QC Manager in order to ensure the continuous improvement of Quality in general.

Perform inspection of materials arriving at site & work done when advised.

Prepare SON or NCR when the specification or procedural requirements are not met.

Make sure that all inspection Request (IR) are provided with sufficient attachment such as Test Report, Calibration Certificates, previous copy of inspection report and As- Built drawing.

Ensure proper installations are done as per the approved design drawings, project specifications & standard

Preparing inspection Test Plans, Method Statement & Testing Commissioning Report.

Preparation of weekly & monthly report and submit to Client/ Consultant & Department Manager.

Review the shop drawing with reference to the design drawing and specification

Conducting receiving material inspection of the incoming material either with its documents or with its physical condition / match client specification.

Inspecting the work as per the drawings/material approval and client specification.

Preparation of QA/QC inspection schedule for daily and weekly basis.

Maintaining the documentation to the full proof of our activities including supporting documents & correspondences.

Inspection for underground piping for chilled water & fire fighting pipes installation, welding, insulation & testing are done as per the design drawings & specifications.

Inspection of Mechanical System for installation of plumbing piping’s, all types of sanitary wears installations, functional testing and drainage system are done as per the approved drawings.

Inspection for installation, testing & Commission of HVAC system of installation of chilled water piping, pressure testing, installation of FCU, FAHU/AHU, Chillers and fans are done as per the approved drawings and project specifications.

Inspection for Firefighting, FM-200 (Fire Suppression System), Co2, NOVAC System such as routing, cabling, installation, termination, Testing & Commissioning are done as per the approved drawings and as per ITP.
