Handling Technical Correspondence between the Company and Contractors

Coordinating all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.

Registering internal & external documents and follows up of all the site needs.

Controlling Quality documents such as NCR, MS, RL, PEFS, & HSE NCR and Commissioning items separately.

Maintaining updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.
