I have been working at Accenture customer services(travel insurance) where i was working as customer service representative. I am very well versed in various data entry and customer service related type jobs as my work consisted of authorizing/processing online payment where i was required to analyse the invoice received from provider and assisting customers with their queries by email or calls, filling and maintaining the sla as per agreed terms.
