Contruction&planning Co Ltd (C&P) – K.S.A.

I’m working now as (Director of Implementation) in the company, The company specializes in the Implementation of the electromechanical works, for buildings and factories, Through it, my work in the company was supervision the implementation different works, add to prepare all necessary drawings, P.O.Q, reports, and extracts, Work included the installation of all electrical systems as (low voltage, low current), this works was in many projjects as Care Hospital 120 Bed, in Riyadh Exit15 and adminstration Buildings for G20, and PIF(Public Inverstment Fund) add to AMC Cinama projects,

I’m working now as (Director of Implementation) in the company, The company specializes in the extension of medium voltage cables to feed different areas of jeddah, add to installation of voltage stations with all necessary connections in the feild of( the unified contract), with the saudi electricity company, also there many projects in Implementation of the electromechanical works, for buildings and factories,

Supervising all electrical works on site according to the approved shop drawings .

Reviewing and approving electrical design and shop drawings (reference tender drawings).

Preparation all( design and shop drawings with all details needed by contact with the suppliers) for low current systems, such as: BMS /IP system according to the client request.

Preparation a new design for,12mt HVAC Sub Station, according to the client request.

Giving approvals for the shop drawings submitted by the contractor after reviewing .

Giving approvals for the electrical equipments and the selected materials after testing .

Final testing and commissioning for the project .

Saudi Consulting Services Office (SAUDCONSULT) – K.S.A. I’m worked as (senior electrical engineer) on (Hail Millennium Hotel project / five star) and the nature of my duties as follows :

Supervising all electrical works on site according to the approved shop drawings .

Reviewing and approving electrical design and shop drawings (reference tender drawings).

Preparation all( design and shop drawings with all details needed by contact with the suppliers) for low current systems, such as: BMS/RMS/IP system according to the client request.

Preparation the external lighting( design and shop drawings) according to the client request.

Preparation the lighting facde(design and shop drawings) ( night lighting) for the hotel,controlled by BMS this is also according to the client request.

Giving approvals for the shop drawings submitted by the contractor after reviewing .

Giving approvals for the electrical equipments and the selected materials after testing .

Final testing and commissioning for the project .

supervising and execution of electrical works on site .

Preparation shop drawings for electrical works.

Design all electrical / lighting,power,low current as lighting control, B.M.S, data systems…etc on those projects.

Coordination with the all engineering discipline crew during implementation.

AL Shabanat Engineering & Consulting Office – Riyadh –K.S.A I was working as (senior electrical engineer) for the following:

Directorate of Health (technical department) – Bisha and the nature of my duties as follows :

Preparation electrical drawings( design and shop drawings ) for the kidney center in a hospital king abdullah, add to supervising at the implementation, and at the maintenance works in the health centers .

Reviewing and approving electrical shop drawings of a hospital south of riyadh 200 beds,with 7 operation rooms add to isolation, hypnotizing, and care rooms, Electrical systems in hospitals differ from others by benefits,where there is for ex: B.H.U Bed Head Unit which contain power (emergency and normal) outlet add to TL, data, call nurse and gas outlet…,

The illumination depended at many factors, as nature of places, colors etc…, And there is special case for power supply when there is no possibility for electrical failure, the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) must be effective and attended, that is also for clocks system, must be uniform time throughout the hospital.

(K) 1991 - 2003

I was working as for the following project :

1) Jableh new spinning project, as (Site manager) / 1999-2003 and my duties concentrate on :

Supervising and follow up the implementation of the electrical work inside the site .

Installation and erection of substation 20/.04 kv & other electrical systems.

monitoring the work processed according to (approved shop drawing) submitted to the consultant and (RFI) for work process in the site. 2) General company of shoes industry, as ( Technical manager) / 1991-1999 and my duties concentrate on :

First: head of electrical maintenance department.

Second: Manager of technical office.
