I am writing to express my interest in the position of Nurse Practitioner at Anne Arundel Dermatology in Havre de Grace as recently advertised.
Initially trained as a midwife in Poland, I have served in several management roles in Poland. Upon arrival to the USA, I pursued my registered nurse credentials, completed Masters’ Degree in Public Health Nursing and recently completed Post Master’s Nurse Practitioner Program through Maryville University in St. Luis, Missouri.
Having completed several clinical hours with a plastic surgeon Dr. Craig Person, over my last semester at school, I am very intrigued by the opportunity to serve in the role of the Nurse Practitioner at your clinic. I currently serve as a Senior Clinical Research Nurse in the Surgery Department and have previous experience in managing research activities clinical trials and registries including neurovascular devices for the obliteration of neurovascular anomalies, aneurysms and other vascular malformations, as well as a clot extractor devices used to alleviate the devastation of cerebral vascular clot obstructions and impede the resulting neurologic impairment of stroke. I also maintain a certification as a research professional (CCRP) by the Society of Clinical Research Associates, (SOCRA).
