Warehouse Associate, worker and Forklifts operator with several years experience
I have worked 5+ years in warehouse and operate forklifts/shipping and receiving for several warehouse and companies and now am looking to advance in warehouse and forklift operators. I can use the skills gained from my experience as well as from my training to be an asset in the warehouse position.
After I gained experience in basic warehouse functions, I was given the responsibility to update warehouse records and direct machine operators in moving material. I also grew in my ability to recognize how warehouse operations could be improved. On my own, I took a continuing education class in basic management skills, which further enhanced my experience, skills and team leader strategy.
As both a forklift operators and warehouse Associate/worker, safety is my high priority. I have completed advanced WHMIS and OSHA training and have served on safety committees in the facilities I worked.
