Working as an independent engineer, mainly as Construction Manager an Environmental Consultant in several projects for the Balleza County (State of Chihuahua, Mexico); Operadora Siga (Gas Stations Group); land developers like CTU, Materiales Industriales, BRASA and Grupo Ruba in the City of Chihuahua.
For the Balleza County was in charge of the design, cost estimation, and construction administration of different projects that includes: water supply for different communities, concrete paving, a basketball gymnasium, several basketball courts, a fast-soccer court, water well rehabilitations, and the construction of a new County Building.
For Operadora Siga was in charge of the construction of three car wash, and a gas station.
Working as Project Manager in different environmental projects, including Environmental Impact Statements for Mateeiales Industriales, Brasa, Grupo Ruba and CTU (Corporacion Tecnica de Urbanismo) for land developing and residential projects.

Perforaciones de Chihuahua (PERCHISA). - Project Manager – From 01/1991 to 01/1995
Water well drilling in the north, northwest and central Mexico, managing the field operations and dealing with the clients. Relevant projects include: two water wells for the Cementos de Chihuahua Plant in Samalayuca Mexico, with a total depth of 820-feet; the water well for the PEMEX natural gas reception plant in Cd. Juarez; three irrigation wells for the National Water Commission from the State of Sonora, in the Obregon area; and twelve water wells for Junta Central de Agua y Saneamiento from the State of Chihuahua, used for the El Saus watermain to serve the City of Chihuahua.
National Water Commission (CONAGUA). - Field Design Manager – From 07/1987 to 12/1989
Perform all the field modifications required to set field requirements for the construction of an 18-kilometer embankment dike around the former Zumpango Lagoon, in the State of Mexico. The project was going to received contributions from Rio Cuautitlan through a reinforced concrete canal and deviation system, and then the water from the lagoon was going to be pumped up to an irrigation canal. Responsibilities include the design of small irrigation canals in the zone.
Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX). - Soil Mechanics Lab Area Manager - From 09/1984 to 06/1987
Responsible for the concrete and soil compaction quality control during the construction of the Morelos Petrochemical Complex in Coatzacoalcos Veracruz. The Complex included the development of an approximate 1,200-acres parcel, for the construction of several petrochemical plants Responsibilities included the statistics of concrete testing and soil compaction, perform lab testing of concrete cylinders, and perform Proctor testing for the materials used in the complex. the design of small irrigation canals in the zone.
Constructora JOSPI - Field Engineer - From 01/1984 to 09/1984
Responsible to provide topographic services during the construction of two earth embankment water dams, in the Acuna, Coahuila area (San Miguel and Centenario). My responsibility was to provide the location to the trucks to drop the soil and coordinate the compactors. Estimate the amounts of soil and prepare the quotes to bill the service.
