Project Taken : Dubai Ports & Customs

There were a number of containers stuck in Dubai Ports for almost 900+ Days.

The reasons were Customs HOLD & Cargo abandoned by the Consignee’s.

The Port Demurrage was increasing day by day. Causing huge losses for my company.

With a lot of hassle I have successfully got those containers released from Customs.

And, brought the solution for the Containers abandoned by the Consignee’s.

: Dubai Operations Online

While I was in Dubai, my other task was to bring all our Dubai Customers on ECONSHIP online platform.

ECONSHIP is a very tech savvy company. Where everything is done online.

The company was struggling with the Dubai Sales Team where they were not able to bring the customers online.

With great hardship it was successfully done & more suggestions were given to the management for further implementation. Initially, I have done India Export Operations, then Agents Management & Commercials. Later, Dubai Sales, Port & Customs issues, Dubai Export Operations. After fixing Dubai issues, flew back to India & started leading the MnR Team then later on every year I have been assigned each additional team to take the lead.
