Maintain the Quality management system (QMS) requirements inside the organization.

Focus mainly on customer complaint handling process and internal yield of the products (Process improvement techniques - Six sigma, Lean and 5S)

Based on the complaint notified from the customer, an immediate containment action for the in- process and finished products will be done.

Return material authorization (RMA) will be triggered and once the failed products were received back, proper investigation/root cause and an action plan will be executed based on the quality standards.

On time completion of the root cause analysis for the failure – Using any of the standard 7QC tools.

Submission of 8D report to the customer with exact root cause and corrective action plan.

Monitor the trends for the product improvement.

Proper logging of complaints in the system as per the date received, evidence details, corrective / preventive action and horizontal deployment.

Training to the production and quality team operators with respect to the acceptance criteria standards.

Reviewing of the various engineering documents/product files before the product is being built.

Preparing presentations including the growth and internal/external improvements done to the end customer at regular intervals.

On time return of the RMA materials back to customer site.

Ensure effective and timely communication with Customers in matters related to Quality.

Visit will be done at both customer site and supplier end in order to discuss the major concerns and provide support for better improvement.

Carry out internal audits regularly (ESD 20: 20) to ensure the safety of the manufacturing products.

To face customer QMS audits ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 (Medical devices). Job Experience
