Working as Shift In charge looking after 3x140 Ton BOF Converter includes GCP, GRP system, 3 No’s of LHF, 3No’s OF HMDS unit & secondary system, Ladle transfer cars, Sub lance system for auto sampling.

Looking after AUTOMATION PLC (SIEMENS, SCHNIDER ELECTRICS & ALLEN-BRADLEY) systems, AC (SIEMENS,ABB) & DC (NELCO,SCHNIDER) drives, LT & HT motors UPTO 2.2MW,

Handling 6 No. of Substations and controlling power losses and attending breakdowns and shutdown works of LT, HT & Transformers up to 25MVA.

Planning and lying of Cable Trays, Power and Control Cables/ testing of HT cables and their terminations.

Erection, Testing and commissioning of MCC/PCC/PLC(SIEMENSS7-200,400)DRIVE(ABB,AGE) panels, power trunk, PSB, PDB, LT & HT motors up to 900KW and responsible for day to day maintenance works.

Handled projects in SMS areas such as BOF Converter, Transfer Cars, BMCS, FACS, Mixer, Primary & Secondary De dusting, and Slag Treatment Plant.

Erection, Testing, Commissioning and Maintenance of Ladle Regenerative Pre-Heater Control Panel of 11 nos. which consists of multiple Electrical and Instrument accessories which are controlled by Siemens S7-200 PLC in SMS.

Procurement and Service Purchase Requisitions of line-2 Project for SMS with all proper technical documentation of the equipment’s.

Also Assistance in various Field Instrument used in this areas which includes CO Gas Detector, Thermocouple, RTD, Electromagnetic and Electro pneumatic valves, Flow Transmitters, Control Valves, Motorized Valves, Solenoid Valves, Ultra Sonic Level Transmitter and Ultra-Violent Sensors.
