BCP: Doing Business Impact Analysis of individual activities and carrying out the Risk Assessment to identify the criticality and accordingly suggesting the best possible solutions to overcome the identified risks and the best recovery strategies that should be in place.

BCP Testing: Conducting Call Tree, Table Top and Simulation Exercises for the Engagements to test the

- communication accuracy and effectiveness, awareness of roles and responsibilities of the critical resources apart from the thorough understanding of the BCP that is in place and documented recovery strategies to point out the gaps in the plan and help the Engagements to maintain the BCP as per the business requirements.

Maintaining the Risk Register and actively work in closing the open Risk’s in the Risk Register of both Engagement and Enterprise level.

Carrying out the crisis communication when needed using Send Word Now tool.

Providing the real time support to Clients apart from email responses.

Provide thought leadership and facilitate action plans to ensure compliance.
