FEW ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

I created an integrated cost control procedure within Al Yamama Company using SAP-ERP system and CCS-Candy software, which has led to considerable savings for the projects.

On my Saudi Aramco Projects, I have prepared a complete Interim Payment/Valuation procedure which very efficiently worked on the project and led to a comfortable process of payments.

While working on my Dar Al Yaum tower project, I single-handedly dealt with the Project's Consultant for finalizing 102 variations. I was able to negotiate and finalized all the variations with good profit to my Company. On the same project, I drafted more than 500 contractual letters addressing the Project's Consultant and different subcontractor on various commercial issues.

While working on ITHRA project with Saudi Aramco, I drafted numerous contractual letters to Saudi Aramco addressing various conflicts and need of the issuance of variations/change orders. In the majority of cases, the Client accepted the conflicts and issued official Change Orders. I also held contractual responsibility of Façade works subcontract, with a contract value of 600 Million values. I drafted more than 350 contractual letters and negotiated more than 50 variations.

While working in Dubai, I prepared several new rates for the variations adopting the first principle and from existing rates, and I was able to agree on these rates with the Consultant's Quantity Surveyor.
